traditional knowledge systems are closely tied to the local ecosystem. For generations, they have
relied on forest resources for sustenance and livelihoods, practicing subsistence agriculture,

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) in association with
various Universities in Andhra Pradesh has been changing the curriculum at the UG level from
time to time and introduced the Communication Skills for the first year degree programmes. In
tune with the changed syllabus students of I year degree are being trained in colleges in
Communication Skills, Phonetic Transcription, Intonation and Stress. The present article is an
endeavour by the author to give an introduction to the students and provide them some basic
information on the subject.

- Description - The paper explains how online classes helpful for UG students in Government sector, their social
and economical status and facilities available to avail the online classes. The preparations,
abstractions, queries and solutions are discussed in it. Questionnaire was supplies to the students
regarding online education. Nearly 250 students responded to the questions. Most of the students
expressed that they don’t have the personal computer and internet access at their living area.
Majority of the students opined that they are using ZOOM online app to attend the online classes
and they are being supported by the teachers in learning through online. The students taking help
of their siblings where in most of the households are not having devices. However, the majority
of the students preferred online education in covid time. Soon after completion of the pandemic,
the students no longer concentrate or think about online classes.

exchange earnings through tourism during 2021- 2022 has been estimated to be US $ 37693
millions, it’s share in the world tourism is 1.9 per cent. The Developing countries data figures
shows that the yearly normal growth rate of global tourist entrance in significantly increased in
the nations for the year 1991 – 2006 was 7.4 percent related to 5.1 percent in developed countries
in the worldwide over the similar time period Ashey et al, 2007. The most significant feature of
the Indian tourism industry is its capacity to generate large scale employment opportunities,
particularly developing countries like India in the year 2022 -2023 tourism industry provided
directly and indirectly employment to 14.36 millions people accounting for 4.3 per cent of the
global work force. Long-term prospects for growth appear relatively robust, with developing
countries capturing a growing share of the tourism market (Lejáragand Walken horst, 2006).

Every time a web search engine like Google is used to search the internet, one of the reasons that work so well is because a learning algorithm that has learned how to rank web pages. These algorithms are used for various purposes like data mining, image processing, predictive analytics, etc. to name a few. Machine learning is driven by the concept of pattern recognition. It leverages large datasets to identify underlying patterns, relationships, and trends that are not easily discernible by human programmers. These patterns are then used to build models that can generalize and make predictions or decisions on new, unseen data.

- Description - In wireless & mobile networks, MANET (Mobile Ad-hoc Network) provides promising solutions to actual problems. It is a collaborative collection of different wireless nodes that make a short-term network without the assistance of any self-contained infrastructure or central administration. The nodes in the network can join and leave at any time and change positions within the network. In this network nodes can directly communicate with any other node laying in their radio ranges [1]. Each and every node in the network is able to act as both host and router [1].
MANET consists of different characteristics like dynamic topology, bandwidth-limited connections, energy constraints, and limited protection at the physical level. Because of its great adaptability, it is widely used in various sets of applications like military operations, emergency or disaster relief operations, business meetings, and mine site operations. By Nature, these types of networks are fit for the case where either no stable infrastructure exists or arranging a network is not possible. The figure (1) shows the basic architecture of MANET [2].
For diffusion of information packets, some kind of protocol is required to form the routing decisions. Routing protocols can be categorized into three types as shown in figure [2][3].

- Description - In general heavy metals were present in the earth crust, by the activities performed by humans and naturally in agriculatural lands. In actual practice these wont undergoes biodegradation. These may present in soil as well as living organisms [1-2]. Mechanisms for absorption to trace elements which are present in roots of plants were not yet studied, maximum elements by plants takes free ionic species only[3]. Both metals like Cu, Zn get inside to leaf as Pb[4]. In solution, low strength for Zn contains pH as 7-8[5]. Degradation of organic matter are more crucial to soil-plant migration of Ni[6]. More than 10.00mg/kg MS, Ni become toxic for plants those are more sensitive greater to 50.00mg/kg MS to tolerant plants[7]. When compared with remaining elements, Cr consists of phyto avialability as very low [8-9]. Roots consists Cr +3, Cr +6 is transferred for parts of aerial [8]. If it is a either basic or neutral Cr is acting as a more phyto available to that of acid in soil [9]. Average strength to Cr in soil is 50.00mg/kg MS [10]. In the range 0.01mg/kg – 5.00 mg/kg MS, Ni is noted as a required element. It preserves necrosis by association of urease, which is more responsible to hydrolysis of urea in level of leaves[11]. By considering all these author has chosen total four agricultural areas of Adayar subjected to campaign. In this present author has tried to assess various levels of accumulation of metals includes Co, Ni, Cu, Fe, Mn those are present in soils along different parts of industrial areas. Substandard working conditions, characterized by exposure to harsh weather conditions and inadequate safety measures, raise legitimate concerns about worker health and safety (Garcia & Rodriguez, 2020).
